Acceptance
By using iBalanz, iBalanz Negocios, or ARGOS Guardian, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the apps.
Permitted use
You may use the apps for personal or business purposes. You may not copy or modify them, reverse engineer their code, or use them for illegal activities.
iBalanz and iBalanz Negocios
They are organizational tools. The information they show depends on what you enter. They do not provide financial, accounting, or tax advice; consult a professional when needed.
ARGOS Guardian
ARGOS is a support tool. It does not replace your attention while driving or emergency services. If you are in danger, call your country's emergency number.
SMS delivery and location accuracy depend on your carrier, signal, and device condition, and we cannot guarantee them.
Your data
Your data belongs to you and is governed by our Privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The apps, their designs, trademarks, and content belong to DprojectLab. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable license to use them.
Limitation of liability
The apps are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, DprojectLab is not liable for indirect losses arising from their use.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be available on this page.
