Who we are
DprojectLab is a software studio that develops iBalanz, iBalanz Negocios, and ARGOS Guardian.
General principle
We design our apps so your data stays on your device. We do not sell your information or share your data with advertisers.
iBalanz
Your transactions, accounts, cards, loans, notes, and budgets are stored locally on your device, separated by profile. Backup is optional and goes to a private folder in your own Google Drive account. To enable it, you sign in with Google, which shares your email address and basic profile information with the app.
The free version shows Google AdMob ads, which receive technical data from the phone, such as the advertising ID, but never your financial data. With iBalanz Plus there are no ads. Automatic entries, if you turn them on, read your bank alerts inside your phone.
The AI assistant is disabled by default. If you enable it with your own key, your queries go directly from your phone to the provider you choose. We explain this in detail in the iBalanz privacy policy.
iBalanz Negocios
Your sales, inventory, customers, and suppliers are stored on your device, and the app works offline.
The camera is used only to scan barcodes; the image is processed on your device. If you enable multi-device mode, your data is shared between the devices you connect.
ARGOS Guardian
To protect you, ARGOS requests permissions and explains them before use:
- Camera: detects signs of drowsiness; analysis happens on your device.
- Microphone: listens for your keyword and responds to the voice check-in.
- Location: included in the alert when you confirm it.
- SMS: sent only when an alert is confirmed and only to the contacts you registered. ARGOS never sends messages on its own.
- Journey recordings: stored on your device.
Your emergency contacts and alert history are stored on your device.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share your information with third parties, except as explained in each app's policy (such as the ads in the free version of iBalanz) or when the law requires it.
Your control
You can delete your data in the app or by uninstalling it. Write to us with any request concerning your information.
Children
Our apps are not intended for children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
